Indeed. Combined with a corresponding HYDROPAC Navigational Warning for the
Marshall Islands (below), it suggests a Minuteman-III ICBM test flight with a
range of about 8100 km:

290918Z AUG 20
 HYDROPAC 2526/20(81).
 NORTH PACIFIC.
 MARSHALL ISLAND.
 DNC 12.
 1. HAZARDOUS OPERATIONS 020701Z TO 021435Z SEP,
    ALTERNATE 030725Z TO 031459Z SEP
    IN AREAS BOUND BY:

       09-55N 169-00E, 09-50N 169-04E,
       09-29N 168-29E, 09-22N 168-17E,
       09-04N 167-45E, 08-58N 167-30E,
       09-16N 167-20E, 09-23N 167-33E,
       09-35N 167-26E, 10-09N 168-04E.
    B. 08-50N 164-21E, 06-38N 165-43E,
       06-02N 164-46E, 08-18N 163-18E.
 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 031559Z SEP 20.

Both sets of Navigational Warnings plotted on a map, with a modelled ballistic
trajectory:

The track is comparable to that of the recent August 4 Minuteman-III test
flight, but with a ~800-900 km longer range.
