USA 245 (13043A / 39232) was last observed by Russell Eberst, on 2021 Aug 23 at 20:45 UTC.

Cees Bassa reported a non-sighting on 2021 Aug 27 at 20:16 UTC.

Based on its mean motion, 13043A seemed due for a reboost. Based on data on historical manoeuvres,
that I have NOT updated since 2013, a reboost was most likely to have been made on Aug 26, and less
likely on Aug 25. The likeliest time span would have been between about 08:00 UTC and 19:00 UTC.
The post manoeuvre mean motion would have been between about 14.74 rev/d and 14.81 rev/d. I offer
the following search elements based on these criteria, which are derived from the latest TLE issued
by Mike McCants. The epochs correspond to passage through perigee.

It is my hope that the above will help to reduce the observation time required to recover the object.
