Sv: Re: Nov.21 fireball--meteor or debris?

Tom Ashcroft asked if the fireball on Nov.21 could have been space
debris, travelling N-S over Wyoming.

The two decays I have predicted for Nov.21 where #23718 1995 63 B
in a 47.4 degree orbit, so it would travel W-E. I have not checked
if the orbit was even over the US at the time of observation.

The other object was #21142, 1991 15 D, in a 6.7 degree orbit,
so it never passed over the U.S.
