Does anyone have the latest word on Cosmos 398?  This is supposed to be
a Soviet lunar lander test module launched in 1971 that's about to
re-enter. It looks like it's getting VERY LOW now.  Predictions two or
three weeks ahead give it a perigee of 40 or 50 miles.  Any official
word?
