OIG TLEs

OIG on their d(A)ta file recently released these tle's. They are
not on the 30 Day file yet.
It would appear that objects 68A, 68B, 68C* may be the most recent
addition to the CIS GPS Glonass constellation. They were listed
on Ron Baalke's Space Calendar for a Dec 17 launch, however. They appear
to match the orbital parameters of previous launched Glonass sats.
* 23736 is listed as 68B, but it probably should be 68C.
I believe objects 69A, 69B are associated with the Hughes Galaxy III-R
launch conducted at KSC on Dec 15.
OIG has also released the November Satellite Situation Reports.
