The final OIG elsets are:

The first two show it running 15 and 16 seconds late with respect to my
final SatEvo predictions of yesterday which also predicted re-entry at
about December 3.18. I believe that the n (mean motion) and ndot/2
(drag) terms are seriously underestimated in the third elset and that
re-entry actually occurred on that rev, probably at about December 3.24.
