Mystery Solved.

The second object observed in the vicinity of Columbia at 10:46 UTC was the 
Gamma Ray Observatory, passing above STS-80 at 432 km to Columbia's 345 km. 
Also the discarded HST Arrays were about 5 minutes ahead of Columbia at 547 
km.

Seems that the 28.45 degree corridor is a bit busy.
