This will actually be Wendy Lawrence's trip up to Mir.  While Jim Voss is
Mike Foale's backup, he is not scheduled for a Mir trip.  It's probable
that Voss will serve a long duration mission on space station when it's
launched.

Lawrence's replacement will be astronaut Dave Wolf.

The crew for the STS-86 mission has just been announced:

Commander Jim Wetherbee
Pilot Mike Bloomfield
Mission Specialists - Scott Parazynski, Vladimir Titov, and Jean-Loup Chretien.
with Mike Foale the down passenger and Wendy Lawrence the up passenger.
