I had a nice spell of evening passes towards the end of the STS-80
mission and could also see SPAS trailling by about 4 degrees. I tried
spotting WSF (which should have been leading Columbia by 7 sec's) but saw
nothing. Was I suppose to see anything?

I have a very nice evening visibility spell of TiPS coming up and saw it
on my first attemp last night using 80mm aperture (~8x). I used the
following elements (by Ted Molczan):

TiPS 3.5 0.0 0.0 5.6 d
1 23937U 96029 F 96338.43750000 .00000418 00000-0 52489-3 0 05
2 23937 63.4304 91.6590 0013858 358.1473 57.7693 13.63845903 21161

Somehow it seemed smaller to me from what I remember seeing it last time
(a few mounths ago). Must be my memory fading fast or I used a different
magnification.
