I have official word that today's Titan
4 launch occurred at 18:04 UTC, and
successfully "delivered its payload, a
reconnaissance satellite into polar orbit".

The next northern hemisphere visibility
window will open sometime around March.
Far north observers will get first crack
at finding it, as the windows opens from
north toward the south.

I expect the object to be similar to
92083A and 95066A, currently in orbit.
