SatManager for Windows

I have placed a schematic diagram of how I plan to structure a program
for Windows called SatManager. I won't go into detail here. Essentially
it is a relational database that will read, store, process and manage
TLE files for you.
I'm admittedly behind schedule with SatManager, but hey, what do ya
want from freeware? :)
Anyway, I'd like the basic struture of SatManager to be driven by a
semi-democratic process. Which means I'll consider building in the
features you want if I agree to :) So, take a look at the schematic
and let me know what you think.
