After two minutes it suddenly stopping flashing clearly and flashed only with a small amplitude for about one minute. During that time, there was a small synodic anomaly. After that it started flashing regularly again with 13.2 seconds. At the end of the passage, the period was 13.4 seconds due to synodic effect. This means Leo is probably right in saying that it might be accelerating again. The Semi Major Axis is indeed still going up rather fast. 21984 1 21984U 92030J 96357.06174325 -.00000003 00000-0 10000-3 0 6700 2 21984 73.9772 331.7405 0123528 56.3783 304.8962 12.22097591203170 93- 36 B = 19194 (NEW) ---------------- This Cosmos rocket already accelerated in March '96.
