The following list contains a selection some high priority objects of the
Working Group Satellites. Most of them are rockets that had a sudden
acceleration of the flashing period or a sudden change in orbital
elements (or both). You can find additional graphs with the evolution of
the flash period and the Semi Major Axis on my web pages :
  http://uc2.unicall.be/kjonckheere/index.htm

The objects in this list need to be observed as regular as possible.

Observations are very much appreciated !

96-09-16 LB  16.2   AA, mag 5->7

86-100 B = 17240
The Semi Major Axis decreased a bit faster between Dec 20 and 25.
Leo saw it accelerating very suddenly on Dec 26 ! Other observers
are also allowed...

90- 4 B = 20433
There is no recent change in orbital elements. This object is
sometimes flashing with small amplitude meaning that it can look
Steady during some passages. So maybe there is no real accelaration.

90- 83 B = 20805
As you can see on the graph, the orbital elements were behaving normally
until May 96, when a small decrease happened. During the last months,
there were a lot of changes in the Semi Major Axis. After almost two
years this rocket was finally observed flashing again by KJ.
Of course more observations are needed !

Slow decrease of period ? Semi Major Axis is going down fast.

Thanks to all for following this object so regular last month.
We still need more observations to find out if it is again accelerating
or not.

This Zenit rocket had a change in orbital elements in August 96.
It is still difficult to make accurate measurements of the period.

observations are needed urgently to see if the period is really going
down !
