Thanks to Ted Molczan who provided an element set which
covers my earliest observations quite well,
and has been analysing my observations.
These elements have a mean motion of about 15.05 revs/day and
the usual eccentric orbit.

Ted and I are not absolutely certain I am seeing the payload.
I lean towards the view that I am. Havent seen
any other object like a discarded titan upper stage.
Observations from other observers in Southern hemisphere
would help of course . For those not In Australia
just observe the orbit plane in the south from
 2100-2300 local time
Ted has some puzzles analysing the obs which he has
said in private e-mail he will mail to the group.
