Yesterday evening I recieved a fax from Pierre Neirinck about 65- 65 C.
He asked me to post the following message to SeeSat-L.

Two 3-letter christian names (belonging to Barhorst and Varney) look very =

excited by a 65- 65 letter......
- What happened to 65- 65 c, 31 years ago?
- on Aug 21, 1965 00:57 I observed it Mag +8, steady. Its best mag was on
Sep 06: +6. (65- 65) A, C, D were seen several times at Malo-les Bains
(steady +8, +9) and well identified. On Aug 30, among the unidentified piec=
es
only one (F or L?) had irregular flashes, P=3D1/2 sec.
- Checking the Western Satellite Research network, I see that, independentl=
y,
they have similar mags and same identifications.
- Up to 1981, in 822 Satellite Orbits group issues, I listed hunderds of NO=
RAD =

errors and designation changes. According to the above notes, 65- 65 C did =
not
escape the rule.
- On 20/12/66, Horst K=F6hnke observed 65- 65 L Mag +6.5 to +9, P1=3D1.80, =
P2=3D0.4 sec.
- I suggest that the present C is the transgenic of the past L.
- 65- 65 C has the largest radar signature of the tribe. Surveillance catal=
ogs
1/3/92 and 1/5/95 show the following highest RCS for 65- 65 A to L: 0.04, 0=
=2E122,
3.53, 0.801, 0.078, 1.95, 0.074, 0.045, 0.441, 0.13, 0.52.

- Universe began without humans and will finish without them. Meantime, let=
 you
wander and wonder with Dodecapole into 1997 starry nights.
