I got a report from Dave Ransom that he had heard from OIG that their
problems were due to a corrupted user file, and that it has been fixed.
I just logged in, was recognized as a known user, and downloaded some
elsets.  It would have been a nice gesture for them to reply to my
inquiries, but I'm just glad to be back in.  Thanks Dave, for your help.
