After getting the pass predictions from the GSOC site i went out on my deck
into the cool evening. Once the sky darkened i began seeing those satellites
on my list. Yesterday i saw my first Iridium flare, Iridium 22 to be exact,
nothing really spectacular but it was visible. Tonight's prediction had
Iridium 25 scheduled to light up the sky. It did not disappoint, it lasted
only a few seconds but it's magnitude was easily on par with Venus. A very
impressive sight indeed.
