How does one predicts Iridum flares?

Hello!

	Please pardon my reasking a question that has probably been asked
before, but how does one predict when an Iridium flare is going to be
seen from a given location?

	Having finally seen one (and having been greatly impressed by it <my
jaw is still not all the way back back from it's fully dropped
position>), I want to see more.
