Hi all,
Searching for ASTRA F ( a Norad mistake) , I got the following obs. :
   22h 37m 32.5s , DEC 29 =

  90063A 07 43.68 -0647.61 ( Accuracy of both coordinates : +/- 12 a=
rc
sec ) =

  94002A 07 44.93 -0649.05
  95063A 07 45.70 -0644.94

EQUINOX is 1950 , and the predictions ( using SATSPY ) were :
                                                             elset age
  90063A 07 43.60 -0646.6 1.07 day
  94002A 07 44.90 -0646.5 0.18
  95063A 07 45.55 -0646.5 -.24
Unfortunately Satspy declination output is limited to +/- .05 deg ..=
=2E
Mean deviation for RA is .022 deg (better than expected)
   Norad's (ASTRA F ) not seen , or fainter than mag +12
