After weeks of clouds the sky was clear once more. I checked to see when the
Endeavour and Zarya duo would be passing by, 06:43L 7 Dec (13:43UT). The sky
was still clear when i awoke this morning and i stepped out into the chilly
morning to wait for their arrival. Despite the moon being out i was able to
easily spot them at a -2 magnitude coming from the South West on time and on
track. They stayed quite bright but as they passed due South, began to fade
until i couldn't see them at 1x. This was my first sighting of the ISS and
my second shuttle sighting.
