I found this halfway down the new HSF STS-88 Orbital Elements page:
http://spaceflight.nasa.gov./realdata/elements/

 NOTE: THE PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED SECOND ORBIT ALTITUDE RE-BOOST
           MANEUVER HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY CANCELLED. IT WAS TO HAVE
           OCCURED LATER TODAY. THE CURRENT ISS/ZARYA TRAJECTORY IS
           WHAT FLIGHT CONTROLLERS WANT IT TO BE, THUS A SECOND ORBIT
           ALTUTUDE RE-BOOST MANEUVER IS NOT NECESSARY!!

Well, that takes some pressure off. Now I can finish those finder charts and
get a good night sleep.  *<|;-}}}}
