no where near definite.  At this point it's just a suggestion from Russia,
and both sides have to determine what they would get out of it and what
aboard Mir is worth returning to Earth.

For the life of me I can't see any legitimate justification as to why the
U.S. taxpayer should pay for an additional shuttle mission, plus the risks
to the shuttle and crew, just to return hardware for refurbishment which
would certainly be less expensive to replicate instead.
