Decay watch: Cosmos 2350 Proton aux motor

OIG have published a decay notice for this object, predicting decay for
December 17 at 22:10 UTC +- 1 day.

... has a much-too-low drag considering that the mean motion has fallen
from 6.50 revs/day in the past four days.

My guess is that the drag for the above orbit should be closer to 0.42
than 0.0144 and that decay may occur about December 19 +- 1 day.
