Element Manager 1.1.4 bug fix

Lines with trailing spaces were causing element sets to be tagged as bad and
skipped during a file load. This has been fixed.

A request to accommodate the longer line0s found in Decay files was
requested. Previously, Element Manager tagged Line0s with lengths of 40
characters or more as bad. That's changed now. Line0 can now be up to 67
characters long.

I'm taking a break on new features for a while but will fix any bugs
