Mir's orbit was boosted earlier today from 323x319 km to 327x323 km,
effectively raising the complex to the altitude it had 11 days ago on
November 27. The orbital period was increased by 5 seconds/rev, so
expect Mir to fall behind predictions from pre-boost elsets at the rate
of about 80 seconds/day.

The final elset before the boost was...
Mir Complex 32.7 4.2 0.0 1.6 v 407 323 x 319 km
1 16609U 86017A 99342.13187639 .00047007 00000-0 21410-3 0 1338
2 16609 51.6525 169.8177 0003086 266.0381 94.0325 15.83325238788826

The latest elset is...
Mir Complex 32.7 4.2 0.0 1.6 v 407 327 x 323 km
1 16609U 86017A 99342.51078910 .00020059 00000-0 10000-3 0 1376
2 16609 51.6537 167.8509 0003039 137.7768 222.3469 15.81885262788884

Thanks to Chris van den Berg for the warning that a boost might be
imminent. I do not know what plans exist for further manoeuvres.
