OIG's distribution of new elsets was stalled yesterday and, though it
has now resumed, there are still no fresh elsets for our current
decayer, #25790 = 99- 34 B = QuikScat Titan 2 r. The current SpaceCom
prediction is for decay at Dec 20 07:11 UTC +-15h near 65.9 S, 37.2 E.
My 2-day-old prediction is for decay at Dec 20 08:25 +-18h near 66.2 S,
158.3 E. I show it decaying while southbound following a pass over New
Zealand from Auckland at 08:18 UTC to Dunedin at 08:20. My predicted
elset for the final rev is:

QukSct Titan2 r 7.0 2.5 0.0 5.0 d 12 133 x 116 km
1 25790U 99034B 99354.30915844 .65040937 39111+1 32675-3 0 92977
2 25790 98.5771 212.8339 0013057 222.8512 137.0468 16.55552692 28216

There is a problem affecting the Internet connection of the computer
system I use to auto-update the elset files on my SatEvo page
(dklist.tle, select.tle, etc). I have managed a couple of manual updates
to these files today, plus an update of my all-satellite satbase file,
but my normal hourly updates are suspended until the connectivity
problem (which appears to be affecting the University of Edinburgh, too)
is solved.
