Cosmos 2367(?) Obs

Thanks to the heads up by Alan Pickup about the latest launch, i observed
COSMOS 2367(?) #26040 99072A pass approx 1.5 deg below (N) Alioth in Ursa
Major at 01:14:48 +/- 2 sec 27 Dec UTC. Az 355deg El 19deg. Easily seen at
1x, mag est at 3 before it entered shadow.

The rocket was looked for earlier today but being a daylight pass, nothing
was seen.
