    2000-077C (#26627) Proton "Platform"

SPACECOM's 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared December 01, 08:02 UTC pre-
    dicts the decay on 1 December, 09:47 UTC +/- 01 hours (05.4S, 08.9E)
on a descending pass over the Atlantic after crossing West Africa.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00336.253 - 00336.374... the decay on
                          1 December, 09:38.5 UTC +/- 11 minutes (22.76N, 356.95E)

on the same pass over West Africa. This preliminary analysis looks reliable based
    on relatively consitent ELSETs.
