    Herewith some observations from evening 30 NOV 2000 in IOD format:

    USA129 was NOT seen at the expected time of 20h28m UT so may have changed
    orbit since last observed the previous night.
    
    Other optical characteristics observed on some other satellites have been
    forwarded to PPAS.
