I finally did it, I have finally accomplished the UARS satellite 3-D model.
Although very complex as it is.Our Norco Rocket Base has Capabilities of
knowing which way the UARS bus is pointing for Pin Point Accuracy.
I hope that in 2/1/2001 my program will help you all with your flare/flash 
Observ.
