1997-085B (#25124) START 1 Upper stage (EarlyBird RB)

SPACECOM'S   6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY MESSAGE  - prepared Dec 12, 11:01 UTC - 
predicts the decay on  12 December,  17:29 UTC +/- 06 hours (16.1°S, 90.5°E)
on a northbound pass over the Indian Ocean.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00347.182.. - 00347.304... the decay on
                       12 December, 17:27 UTC +/- 08 minutes (24.69°S, 92.10°E)
on the same pass over the Indian Ocean.
