    Just saw my first pass of ISS through high level cloud haze and tremendous
    light pollution.  Only other visible object in the north (besides aircraft)
    was what I believe to be Vega, which it passed near to, but could not get a
    real fix due to poor conditions.  It was slightly brighter than that object.
    Definite orange tint.  Acquired just prior to 01:37 UT and lost about 01:39
    UT.
