    I believe the X-axis stays perpendicular to the ground.  Soyuz leading.

     From a post-undocking briefing (via NASA TV) I learned the new solar 
    arrays are NOT tracking the sun, at this time.  Power requirements are 
    being met by simply letting the sun "rise and set over the arrays".
