Under a not quite dark but clear and chilly, -25C sky, i saw PROGRESS M1 4 #26615 00073A start to flare and reached a peak of mag 0, brighter than Saturn. I was bundled up too much to get an accurate timing but got 00:14:41 +/- 10 sec 23 Dec UTC at approx Az 145 deg El 46 deg. Not far behind it and visible at the same time was ISS, no noticeable flare from it as it followed roughly the same track.
