1970-034B (#04392) MAO 1 R/B (CZ-1)

SPACECOM'S  FINAL REPORT - prepared Dec 29, 10:30 UTC - shows the decay on
                  29 December, 05:44 UTC +/- 01 hours (03.7°N, 356.5°E)
on a northbound pass over the Atlantic/ West coast of Africa.

My final analysis with MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET's 00363.29...   -
00364.139... the decay on
                 29 December, 05:47 UTC +/- 18 minutes (20.33°N, 02.17°E)
on the same pass over Central Africa. The decay slipped against my preceding
prediction for about one rev. SPACECOM had similiar forecast problems.
