Tonight at exactly 5:22pmPST, I observed Mir At a very nice high and bright 
pass 
tonight.the magnitude at highest point was -1.5. and keeped that magnitude 
till
it was 30 degrees in the NE.Very nice pass by Mir.78 degress.
