SPACECOM'S  6 HOURS TO DECAY  message - prepared  Dec 30,14:19 UTC - shows the
decay on              30 December, 19:20 UTC +/-03 hours (47.8°S, 216.0°E)
on a northbound pass over South Pacific.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs  00365.454... -00365.567... the decay om
                      30 December  19:29 UTC +/- 16 minutes (10.08°S, 216.70°E)
on the same pass over the Pacific.
