Mike McCants saw ASC 1 (85-076C, 15994, very nearly geosynch) flash very brightly (maybe +4?) at approximately 1:31:51 Dec 31 UTC (estimated from the later three flashes that I timed). The next one, at about 1:34:20, was at least +4.5. Each of the next two was significantly fainter, and the expected fifth flash was not seen. The period was about 149 seconds. Location was BCRC: 30.314N, 97.866W Ed Cannon - ecannon@mail.utexas.edu - Austin, Texas, USA ----------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe from SeeSat-L by sending a message with 'unsubscribe' in the SUBJECT to SeeSat-L-request@lists.satellite.eu.org http://www2.satellite.eu.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
