    Hi,
I'm looking for a command line program that if given the TLE, time and
location (mine), would calculate the latitude and longitude of where directly
    over earth the object is.
Short of that, where would I find the formula for calculating the location?

If anybody has seen Xplanet, you can specify a marker file to display your own
locations; I'd like to be able to specify the location of the space shuttle and
the ISS. I have a script that generates the locations of the last 250
earthquakes, but since the usgs.gov site has been less than reliable[1] lately
I thought I'd do this project.

    thanks
