I saw several flashes from Starshine 2 #26996 01054B and was able to get timings on two of them, an est. mag 1 flash at 01:48:21 UTC 21 Dec at az 217 deg el 48 deg, followed at 01:48:27 by a fainter mag 3 flash. Starshine was approaching Moon shine so the magnitudes are estimates. Unfortunately i discovered too late that i had a pass to the North of Starshine 3 a bit later on.
