My program does this. It is currently in Qbasic, and for stable orbits gives good predictions for several months. It allows for satellite magnitude, taking sky brightness (due to sun and moon) into consideration. It also calculates residuals from observations. BTW Robert Matson had an error in his posting on precession: >delta Omega is in deg/day it should be rad/day.
