Yuri 3B (91-060A, 21668) was seen flashing brightly a few minutes before Superbird A on Friday evening (about 3:15:20 Dec 20 UTC). My last recorded click was at about 4:19. With my 10x50s it was seen sometimes every 73 seconds, but other times only after 146 seconds, and the magnitudes vary in a complex way, but the brightest are at least +4.0. A guest was with us that evening and last night, and he enjoyed it and Superbird and EGP and USA 102 and a number of other objects. May have seen another flashing Oko Friday evening and hope to confirm it this evening if the weather will hold. I'll volunteer to try to do positional obs on EGP when the TLEs are withdrawn. I might be able to manage that one -- maybe.
