       Yes, it could not be cosmos 1536,  I failed to 'check' the direction of travel using the
    tickmark - this one is the wrong direction...
    
     Using your given tle - 81050B fit the flasher fit  perfectly..
     In  mccants.tle  "Atlas Cenatur R"  was termed as "Intelsat 5-1 r" - is this the other name?
