I started watching #28095 1 degree below beta ursa minor marking 5 other points then back tracking till came upon #28097 and followed it marking 2 points. Tape recorder didn't work right so I had times without position. Later trying from memory to determine points I came up with #28095 being approx 3.5 seconds late based on following element, but I question my accuracy on it. I could not resolve either point on #28097. Not to sure about #23533 and #18009 either but I do show them above. #18025 observed near alpha cepheus.
