These were my first observations using Celestron Skymaster 25x100 binoculars - a
gift from a dear friend. Despite the full moon and my urban location, I could
see stars easily to mag 9.5, and detect mag 10, when pointed about 60 deg away
from the moon. Temperature was about -4 C, and the sky was fairly clear.
