In my "youth" I used to work with Prediction Bulletins rather than element
sets (should sound familiar to Pierre). They provided predictions in terms
of a time and the associated longitude of the northbound equator crossing.

Potential launch times could be calculated by interpolating between equator
crossings to a longitude that took the rendezvous target over the launch
site (with a small correction to allow for the rendezvous profile). As an
example - Soyuz was launched from Baikonur to Salyut when the interpolated
Salyut equator crossing was 346 degrees west.

Does anyone in Seesat have Windows software that produces the equivalent of
    the Prediction Bulletin?

    Bob Christy
