Checking H-A "Orbit" link I have:
The orbit data is extracted from the following two-line orbital elements,
    1 25544U 98067A 07349.33112544 .00030916 00000-0 18476-3 0 5169
    2 25544 051.6398 249.9108 0000663 342.2866 119.7880 15.77585625519351

Comparing Rob Matson's SkyMap, which is proven to be accurate,
using these elements, gives only a one-second diff, and .1 deg in alt. for
    Dec.16

When in doubt, do check the (epoch of) the orbits H-A/yours,
and report them if you find an error.

    This H-A (07349.33112544):
Epoch (UTC): 7:56:49 AM, Saturday, December 15, 2007
