    Problem I have is, that Insat 2E looks like it going to the graveyard, because the data show's it not at it's assigned orbital slot of 83 degrees East, and it's orbit has been raised up.
    
    On Dec 20, india will launch the GSAT 5 geo sat, which will be placed at 55 degrees East.
