    I managed to overlook #37858 = 2011-62B = Progress M-13M Soyuz-U rocket
from my earlier analysis. It decayed on November 1 at 07:29 UTC +/-
1minute near 5S 34E according to Spacetrack. The final published elset
has an epoch almost 12 hours before this time, but a SatEvo derived
elset for the final rev gives the following latlong output for the
    groundtrack...

    UTC (Nov 1) Latitude Longitude
    07:24:30 22.7S 20.0E
    07:25:00 21.1S 21.4E
    07:25:30 19.6S 22.7E
    07:26:00 18.0S 24.0E
    07:26:30 16.4S 25.3E

Not as good a positional fix as #579, but in the ballpark.
