NOTES:

(1) Herewith positions of the CENTAUR rocket and OTV-3 as observed
last night. I did not measure all the images but tried to get
a good spread.
(2) The CENTAUR is academic as it has now been de-orbited but what
is interesting is that the video footage clearly shows both the
CENTAUR and OTV-3 doing retro-burns. The CENTAUR was about a
magnitude fainter than OTV3 which was about mag +3.5~+4 -steady.
(3) I plan to observe again tonight as conditions currently look
good.
(4) I still have a few more satellites to process, including
USA 129 and one of the ELISA objects.
